  They don't return calls. If you have an appointment you are left waiting for an hour in the lobby past the appointed time. Refusing to return calls is the worst behavior in business or life.

  When you need the smartest people in the room, this is your team. I can't thank Bryan enough for everything he has done for us. I do not know how they do it, but someone is always able to answer the phone and provide either direct communication or a reasonable follow-up. I have never experienced this with any other law firm. Bryan and his team are consummate professionals and absolute experts. By sheer force of personality and knowledge, they bring a level of force and conviction which made us more confident and opposition, less so. Given enough time I think Bryan could make a reasonable person second guess their own name. Our case was resolved to our complete satisfaction and with prejudice. Worth every penny.
