  I contacted KerrSimpson attorneys in Las Vegas, Nevada, after being served by my brother regarding a probate court assignment of money he thought my two other siblings and I owed him from our parent's trust. One of my sisters lived in Nevada, hence the ability to have the case tried in this state. My brother lives in Colorado, my other sister lives in Virginia and I live in California. Mr. Taylor Simpson was assigned to the case to represent me. When court was in session, we could either appear online to testify, or in my case, I was able to observe the proceedings without commenting. Mr. Simpson provided me with updates, strategies and his knowledge about what might work best in this case, as well as expert documentation of what he would present to the judge in court. While we are waiting now for a few more weeks for final documents to be signed by the judge, this appears to be the "icing on the cake" of this case coming to an end. Mr. Simpson was ALWAYS patient with me, explained issues simply and clearly, was open to my questions so I could better understand next steps, and I felt "came along side me" as a trusted representative. I thank him for his expertise and would refer him WITHOUT HESITATION!

  As far as I’m concerned, Tyler Kerr, Esq. Associate of Kerr Simpson Attorneys at Law will be my lawyer going forward! I reviewed several lawyers at different agencies and Tyler was by far THE BEST! He created a Trust and Will for my 95 yo mother and he was very knowledgeable, patient, kind and professional! We had TONS of questions and he took his time to make sure we understood everything before moving forward! In addition to all that, his prices are definitely reasonable! I’ve already planned to use him for my own Trust / Will and have referred him to a close friend for theirs as well… I most definitely recommend Tyler for anyone in need of a lawyer! Great Job Tyler!

  I would 10/10 recommend working with them. Our experience with Tyler was amazing. He was honest, genuine, and diligent. He did everything he could to win our case and executed.

  My parents don’t speak English well, and can’t read English. They are in their 70s, and worked hard in the US for many years, and live off Social Security. They saw Taylor Simpson’s advertisement on a Chinese language website, in fact the advertisement only shows his Chinese name, not his real name – that is one of the unethical issues. My parents hired him to do estate planning with the impression that Taylor Simpson would communicate with them in Chinese and explain the terms in the legal document in Chinese. After my parents paid in full for the promised service right after the first consultation, my parents only communicated with Taylor Simpson’s wife (non lawyer) through texting until I told my parents that was not how a good lawyer should communicate – that is another one of the unethical issues - a person who is not a licensed lawyer (e.g., his Taiwanese wife) shall not provide legal advice. The trust document Taylor Simpson prepared was full of grammatical errors, sloppily written, and the content didn’t reflect my parents’ desires. Not only do we doubt Taylor Simpson’s proficiency with the Chinese language, but also his writing skills in English. I would be happy to provide a copy of the trust document if anyone is interested. His incompetence is another one of his unethical issues. During this ordeal, my father was depressed and anxious. I filed a complaint with the State Bar of Nevada on behalf of my parent, unfortunately the Bar has a very low standards for lawyers. Taylor Simpson also lied in his response letter to the State Bar of Nevada. For example, my father went to Taylor Simpson’s office (the last encounter) to take back their deed and told Taylor Simpson in Chinese that he was not satisfied with the quality of his work. But in the response letter to the State Bar of Nevada, Taylor Simpson said that my father said he was happy with his work. I was totally shocked while reading his response letter. Does he just not understand Chinese or have a personal disorder? Please avoid this lawyer completely, otherwise you will waste your time and money. Below is Chinese version of review: 我的父母英语不好, 70 多岁, 在美国蓝领工作多年, 靠社保(social security)生活. 看到Taylor Simpson(宋凯律师) 的广告, 以为他可以用中文与他们沟通, 并用中文解释法律文件. 我父母就雇他做遗产规划. 但是他们被骗了。Taylor Simpson(宋凯律师)不仅不明白我父母想要什么, 不直接与父母沟通以了解他们的意愿, 他起草的英文法律文件写得很草率, 满是错误, 文件内容也没反映我父母的意愿. 我在内华达州律师协会投诉了他: 虚假广告, 让他的妻子（非律师）通过短信向我父母提供法律建议，而不是直接与他们交谈, 草率、不当的法律文件. 不幸的是，内华达州律师协会对律师的要求非常低.
