The Center for Immigration and Citizenship Legal Assistance (CICLA), within Catholic Charities, offers immigration representation in family-based immigration matters, including consular processing & adjustments of status, Deferred Action for Early Childhood Arrivals (DACA), permanent residence renewal, and naturalization. One of the primary goals of the Center is to preserve and maintain family unity by assisting eligible individuals to petition for family members so that they may legally immigrate to the United States. Through its staff and Department of Justice accredited representatives, Catholic Charities offers qualified legal services to individuals generally at about 1/3 the cost of private attorneys.
