  My brother was recently involved in a car accident and we contacted this law firm hoping to get guidance. Unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. During the phone call attorney Goen was rude, treated with lack of empathy and the conversation itself left us feeling discouraged rather than helped. My brother is Hispanic and has an accent, and while I can’t say why he was treated this way, the interaction made us feel unwelcome. Regardless of the reason every potential client deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. Based on our experience I do not recommend this firm.

  I am so happy that I worked with this law firm. They are professional, courteous, caring, and kind. They’ve helped set what was a very difficult situation back to right and have kept me updated and apprised of the situation the entire time. Everybody on the staff from the lawyers to reception is outstanding. I can’t say thank you enough.
