- SMSelena M1 day ago1.0I personally Would never use them again. The past few months they have not helped me much. The personal injury person ‘Lauren” has been rude on more than one occasion and hung up the phone on me multiple times when I advide her she has incorrect information. She then told me to talk directly to my lawyer and refused to speak with me another time. They failed to mention to me that everything would be going through my insurance and are terrible at communicating. They also harassed me for 3 weeks for a police report that was sent and is easily accessible. In the future, I will definitely use another attorney and will not be recommending Morgan & Morgan to anyone I know. Sorry that I ever reached out

The representative continued to inform me that they are a large law firm that handles many cases, making me wonder if my case would be handled with any sense of priority.
