  Absolutely useless. I called as a tenant with an eviction issue and because I already filed bankruptcy, they said that they can't help me over the phone with whoever was the one I was speaking with. Clearly on their website, it tells of all the tenants' rights that they should fight for their case with one of their attorneys that has the experience et cetera et cetera. It was a freaking joke.And a waste of my time. Why put on your website that you fight for tenant rights? And then tell me, there's nothing you could do. Cos, I already filed for bankruptcy, and this is an unlawful eviction case. P s when I told her why you don't help people, she said, hold on and transferred me after going through my whole situation with her. And then, to make matters worse, nobody picked up the other line.
