  Fuggi Law Firm worked for us on my husband's workmen's comp case. Jim McKenna & Bob Fuggi were thorough & professional. They were consistent in their efforts to gain a positive outcome with my husband's case. We would highly recommend this firm & these two highly skilled attorneys.

  I live in a 55+ community and was represented by the Fuggi Law Firm in a complex neighbor/HOA dispute. After an initial consultation with Mr Fuggi, my case was successfully handled by Mr. Napolitano. Mr. Napolitano did an outstanding job advocating for and representing me. He diligently fought for me every step of the way and always had my best interest at heart. Mr. Napolitano was readily available to answer questions, address concerns, and explain the law and judicial process. He always kept me informed with updates. The attorneys and staff at the Fuggi Law Firm are compassionate and supportive. They care about their clients! Thank you all so very much for your counsel and support during this very difficult time.

  Fuggi law firm was retained in February 2021 to represent my daughter For a social security disability claim. 18 months later and a phone call to SS and we learn that McKenna (the lawyer who handles SS claims for Fuggi) has done nothing. 18 months of living in a state funded group home with their own issues has been mentally and physically wearing on my daughter. McKenna must be independently wealthy to be so lazy. When I asked to speak with Fuggi regarding the lackadaisical issue with McKenna Fuggi never called me back. The last conversation with McKenna ended with him telling me SS doesn’t like to give info to attorneys so I will have to get the information he needs. If you are having a SS issue I would not recommend this firm. McKenna was blaming everything on Covid when in the end it has been him doing nothing. “We don’t have a client by this name but Covid has substantially impacted the time and resolution of All SocialSecurity cases .” This seems to be your rehearsed response. No Frances Oppel may not be the one who signed the retainer but CHRISTINE FRANCO is your client and you wasted 18 months because it wasn’t Covid that impacted the delay it was McKenna never doing anything in the first place. 18 months we will never get back. And there is no excuse for Fuggi never returning my request for a call to discuss McKenna

  Had a very good experience. This man fought hard for me to get justice. He stands up for what's right. Against all odds he didn't give up until those involved were held accountable. You want this man to be the one who fights for you.
