  I found this law firm via internet search of course and the representation of the firm is rated as a 4 out of a 5 stars because there was some days when there was some mis-communication; otherwise, the firm itself as a law practice was great. Daniel Leone and Kelly Newkirk was whom I dealt with and when I had questions to be answered - they were always there even when I was unsure of something. They were both sympathetic to my needs and fought and continue to fight for the client.

  I honestly didn’t know where to start after my car accident, but choosing Brach Eichler Law Firm turned out to be one of the best decisions I could’ve made. From day one, everyone was super professional and they treated me like more than just another case. My attorney, Daniel Leone, was patient, understanding, and always took the time to explain things in a way that made sense. That meant a lot to me, especially during such a stressful time. They handled everything—from dealing with the insurance companies to making sure my medical concerns were taken seriously—so I could focus on healing. One moment that really stood out was when Dan prepared me for my deposition which cause me immense anxiety . He walked me through the types of questions the defense might ask and helped me feel ready going in. I was definitely nervous, but his guidance helped me stay calm and confident throughout the entire process. In the end, everything went smoothly. Anytime I had a question or felt unsure, they were just a phone call away which was always either answered or returned so I didn’t feel like I was getting the run around and I was always kept in the loop. It really resonated with me that they care and are sincerely compassionate . I never felt rushed or ignored. They fought hard to make sure I was treated fairly, and I was very happy with the outcome. Someone might read this and say well it’s their job so it can’t be genuine but while I agree that it’s their job I do feel like they do care about the clients. A lot of lawyers are very dismissive and give you the run around so you end up feeling neglected and overlooked. I never felt that way with Dan and Brach Eichler.
