  I was represented by John Portanova. John was informative, calm and knowledgeable during all court proceedings. He helped me navigate through a few traffic violations which could of affected my career and life. By the end of my case 5 traffic violations became 1 and John was able to avoid a loss of license. I am extremely grateful for John and the outcome of my case. From the first phone call with Dee, the updates from Ally, and the representation from John I knew I was in very good hands.   I can not thank James and his staff enough for their personal care. They went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one.   Outstanding! I'm writing this review only because Its a game changer. I've been in and out of trouble all my life. From Minor innocents to major headaches. That being said, I have dealt with lawyers all my life. I never saw an attorney fight as hard as James......period. I felt like I was being represented by my father,. He made me having prior restraining orders a good thing! Who does that? I even felt good about myself! During this pandemic I had many issues taken care of. Here it goes. Bridgewater, NJ driving suspended, expired registration= $200 fine Sayerville, NJ DWI State Police= Dismissed Mercer County Grand Theft Auto= Dismissed/ Disappear Union County- Assault- Released from jail after being retained for 6 days. In addition had charges dropped to Municipality= Dismissed Expungements in process. Talk about starting off with a clean slate! Thats my life now Thanks to the Law Offices of James A. Abate

  James is amazing at his profession, he doesn't leave a rock unturned and goes above and beyond what is needed to get results. No matter what day of the week (even Sunday's) there was always someone in his office to answer a phone call. Megan and Ally are truly great people and are on top of their game. Hands down a fantastic law firm that doesn't blow smoke and gets results
