  Joe was an incredible attorney to have throughout the purchase of our first home. From reviewing contracts to answering our questions and keeping us informed, he made the entire process feel much less overwhelming. He was always quick to respond, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure our interests were protected every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend Joe to anyone buying a home. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

  Don’t know where to begin but let’s start at the point of my Fathers Estate that I realized I needed help because the legal BS was getting in over my head. I contacted Joe set up an appointment just to meet and for him to see what I have done. To his surprise I was organized and on the right track HOWEVER, he could see the frustration on me and that I am starting to fall. . He picked up where I left off and guided me through the maze of legal BS needed. Even went to bat for me when I was dealing with property outside the state of NJ . Can’t thank you enough for that Joe - lawyers from NY are really bad. Then CoVID19 hit . First hitting me then hitting Joe and his staff. . A real serious and still is a bad time . BUT NOT JOE ! He stuck it out with me even when his own family suffered. He never gave up nor ignored me. Through this we managed to make it through . Closing my Fathers Estate brought a weight off me and a sense of calm through this rough time . Joe, I would like to call a friend now. Especially what we went through together . CoVID19 is no joke ! It is serious and having to close an estate is hard enough ! Joe I don’t know how you do it . But god bless you. Your family is very lucky to have you and I am very greatful for all the help you gave and picking me back up and I was starting to fall. . Can’t thank you enough . Very awesome and I am very happy to have met you and hired you. Can’t thank you enough. . Thank you Joe

  We used Joe Coiro for the closing on our house. Since it is a statutory requirement in NJ to use an attorney for closings, our experience with Joe seemed to be typical. We were happy just to have a responsive, personable and experienced attorney since it was our first time buying a home. Then on the day of our closing, we realized how fortunate we were to have Joe and his staff on our side. There was a major miscommunication with the sellers on an issue and wow did Joe display his major attorney skills. He became a super advocate for us and would not relent until we got what we as the buyers were promised. Apparently closings are only usually 2 hours max and ours wound up over 4 hours! The entire time Joe was on our side and made sure his clients got what they bargained for. We were so grateful for his experience and professionalism. We really appreciated that he was calm when he needed to be but totally aggressive when the situation called for it. Also, Debbie, his legal assistant, was amazing the entire way. She was the quiet presence in the office but we would've been totally lost without her. We would highly recommend this law firm.
