  I had an excellent experience with MARIANO & COIRO, P.C. throughout the sale of my property. The entire process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Whenever an issue came up, they were responsive, straightforward, and made sure my interests were protected. Real estate transactions can get stressful, especially as you get closer to closing, but I always felt like I had someone knowledgeable in my corner. Communication was excellent, everything was explained clearly, and they helped get the deal across the finish line smoothly. I would absolutely recommend MARIANO & COIRO, P.C. to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced real estate attorney.

From reviewing contracts to answering our questions and keeping us informed, he made the entire process feel much less overwhelming. He was always quick to respond, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure our interests were protected every step of the way.   Horrible experience with them. I was at buyers side and hired him because during initial call they marketed themselves as best negotiators compared to others. But when the actual work started their work was completely opposite. I had my own concerns with the attorney review process but in spite of understanding my problem they started talking against me and also started threatening me that if I make any more changes then they would start charging me on hourly bases. Eventually I lost the property due to many confusion in attorney review letter. Upon requesting for their fees, they did not get back to me on time so I thought that they seems like good people and not charging me. But after a long pause they came up with their fees, with marketing strategy of adding feel good factor of applying discount and all, which is totally rubbish. I am ready to pay the fees and requested for some time to pay them but instead of patience one more threatening email that if I do not pay their fees then they would send the file for collection. Such a horrible experience for me. I would never hire someone like these people.
