  Mr. Costello, as well as Diana and Tracey, were absolutely fantastic! They helped me with a very sensitive employment issue. They were understanding, took my issue very seriously, and were behind me 100%. They achieved a very favorable outcome. However, regardless of the outcome I would have felt the same way about my team and how hard they worked. I give them my highest recommendation!

  My attorney Kevin Costello fought very hard and put in so much time and effort into my case, the other people involved were amazing as well, they kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process and took the time to explain every step so I understood completely and answered every question. I would recommend them to anyone who needed help with a case and if needed, I would ask for their help again and again. Thank you guys for all your time and patience and I am truly grateful for everything!

  Was referred to this firm by my workers comp lawyer. I asked for a call on Monday as I was busy today but still got the call today. Got on the phone with one of their “partners” Jaqueline, who hung up originally on me while I went to get my paperwork, I was away from my phone for 7 seconds. I had to call her back.. She refused to listen and asked linear questions when I don’t have a linear case. Every time I spoke she would cut me off and say no, just answer my question. By the end of the conversation I had to tell her that I didn’t believe her firm would be a good fit as she would not let me speak. She got 1/8th of a description of events because of her inability to listen and not just try to fit things in her neat little compartments. I get that lawyers must screen or qualify potential cases, but you can’t screen if you can’t listen.
