I can’t say enough good things about Scott Levine. He was always there when I needed him and never made me feel like I was just another case. He really goes above and beyond. He’s very aggressive in the courtroom, but in the exact way you want when someone is fighting for you.
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a family attorney. You’ll honestly be glad you chose him and feel confident having him on your side.

I highly recommend Law Office of Scott J. Levine for anyone dealing with a difficult child visitation or custody case. My case was extremely complicated, and throughout the entire process Scott was exceptionally prepared, thorough, and fully invested in every detail. It was very clear that he was putting his full effort into my case at all times.
Through in-person meetings and phone calls, he made sure he had all of the essential facts and was always responsive by phone, text, and email. I never felt ignored or left wondering where things stood.
What I appreciated most was his professionalism and honesty. His approach is very direct and no-frills — no sugar coating, no false promises, just straightforward advice and strong preparation. In a situation as stressful as a custody/visitation matter, that level of honesty and dedication meant a lot.
If you want an attorney who is responsive, prepared, and takes your case seriously, I would absolutely recommend him.
