I was out twice on separate incidents on workers comp and got pretty bad service until I got tired of no actions getting me treatment. The workers comp system only cares about the employer. Craig stepped in and after 5 weeks of the company Dr , I called him and within 3 days I received a call referring me to a specialist! Above all Craig will get you the service and care that you deserve and need. In addition to that be covered medically for future possible treatments might be needed. It’s not about the money. Yes you will be deemed your case is worth a certain figure But trust me Craig will get you it all done right ! Another way to look at things is you’re getting treatment you deserved If I was your contractor and we also were friends and a employee of mind cause damage or burnt your house down or just screwed up You would be in your right to file claims It’s business it’s not personal I would have liability insurance and the money and rebuild comes from the insurance company The same applies!
