They were attentive to my situation, empathetic to my feelings, and understanding of my grief! They heard me, helped me, and handled the insurance company, holding them accountable while they attempted to wiggle out of paying my medical bills incurred by a preventable workplace injury! Attempted being the operative word…John and Jessica did not let that happen! They worked with my doctor to make sure, I was taken care of, emotionally, physically, and financially! They were there when I needed them most and I cannot thank them enough!
