- DLDebbie LussierAug 5, 20261.0DO NOT USE! This group acts like they have never done a closing before. They did not send documents as a package, only a few at a time with no follow up or confirmation of accuracy. Then they sent the wire transfer of monies to the wrong bank. To get the funds returned took an FBI and bank investigation of 40 days. Lastly they had the nerve to charge me for the wire. What a nightmare.

The most recent was serving as advocate for our desire to obtain a Variance in the Town of Amherst. Christopher Drescher's research and presentation on this matter was excellent. He was part of our success story getting that variance! Years ago, John Cronin gave me the best legal advice of my life - something like - "JT - don't ask us to negotiate for you.... go make a face to face deal with your friend and then we'll put it in writing for you". It worked. 14 years later, that business divorce secured a BFF. And then our friend Bert Zalinsky always hits homeruns on a wide variety of legal matters. Go CBZ!

FORMAL NOTICE – UNAUTHORIZED USE OF INSURANCE POLICY This is a formal notice to immediately cease and desist from using my insurance policy number for any claims, payments, or accident-related matters that do not involve me. I have already contacted my insurance provider to report this unauthorized activity. Any continued use of my policy information without permission will be treated as insurance fraud and may be reported to law enforcement and relevant regulatory agencies. You do not have authorization to use my identity, insurance policy number, or any associated personal information under any circumstances. Failure to comply may result in further legal action.
