    I had to call multiple times and left many voice mail messages just to get in touch with someone. I never had the chance to speak to the attorney. They had me go through signing the contingency papers, uploading their application and submitting all of my documentation without even being able to talk to the paralegal. Then litigation was refused to me after almost two weeks of waiting for them to respond to my case. They told me on the phone that they could not represent me because there was no medical treatment right after the accident even though I had told them this on the initial interview on the phone when I spoke to the first responder. A truly horrible attorney👎👎👎

    I am at 7 11 on Hillsborough an 56th st I used the restroom an got ready to wash my hands turn the water on an it burned my hand the store clerk didn't won't to do a report I showed both of the the water from the sink was steaming like boiling water they still didn't do a report
