  Jeanne was so helpful in planning my estate. She took the time to understand what I actually needed, as opposed to what I thought I needed. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely use Hightower Reff Law again.

  I retained this firm expecting strong representation and advocacy for my parental rights and my daughter's best interests. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Throughout the case, I felt that opposing counsel's assertions were accepted without meaningful challenge. One example involved my daily communication with my daughter. For approximately three years, I had spoken with her each morning. When it was claimed that her schedule no longer allowed for those calls, I expected my attorney to investigate, challenge the assertion, and advocate for maintaining that important parent-child contact. Instead, I felt pressured to accept the change without adequate discussion or effort to preserve the relationship. Rather than feeling represented, I often felt encouraged to concede to demands that I believed were unreasonable and not in my daughter's best interests. Despite the significant legal fees I paid, I cannot identify a single result achieved by this firm that benefited either my daughter or me. The attorney-client relationship ultimately ended with the firm withdrawing from my representation, leaving me frustrated and feeling abandoned during a critical time. To make matters worse, I was later informed that additional fees were allegedly owed despite my dissatisfaction with the services provided. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm to parents seeking aggressive advocacy in high conflict family law matters.
