One day I received a letter from a legal office representing the insurance company advising that they were going to settle the claim with a lump sum check and told me to accept the settlement by mailing my notarized signature back to them agreeing to their terms. My injury was severe enough to prevent me from finding employment. I made an appointment to see Mike Dyer for advice. Mike informed me I was not being treated fairly. I asked Mike to represent me. Working with Mike was very convenient and pleasant. The insurance company eventually settled for twice the amount originally offered. I strongly recommend Dyer Law for anyone seeking advice on a workers comp claim.
