  I cannot say enough good things about David J. Myers and his assistant, Penny. From the very beginning, I felt that I was in excellent hands. They were both incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to getting my situation resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. One of the things I appreciated most was his honesty. He never sugarcoated anything or told me simply what I wanted to hear. He was upfront about the possible outcomes, explained the situation clearly, and always gave me realistic expectations. That honesty made it very easy for me to trust him and feel confident in the decisions we were making. His assistant was equally wonderful—professional, responsive, organized, and always helpful if I had questions or needed an update. I truly felt like my case was being taken seriously and that my concerns mattered. They worked hard to address the issues quickly, kept me informed throughout the process, and handled everything with professionalism and compassion. My experience with this firm has been exceptional, and I am incredibly grateful that Mr. Myers was willing to take on my case.   I have just recently started working with Croker Huck Law Firm recently as Dave Myers, the MJ of the attorney world, switched over a little while ago and he has been my attorney now for 9 years.   This office of David Myers to include his administrative staff, have afforded me much comfort during a difficult family matter. Mr. Myers is wealth of knowledge when it comes to military law and Nebraska state law. He is well spoken and patient. He was able to make certain complex topics more digestible for me.
