  We hired Nancy to represent our son in juvenile court and paid over $8,000 for her services. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. In our opinion, Nancy did not provide the level of advocacy we expected from a defense attorney. Rather than challenging probation's recommendations or questioning their decisions, she appeared to accept their position without meaningful opposition. Probation had very limited contact with our son over nearly two years and never visited our home, yet their recommendations carried significant weight in court without being seriously challenged. We repeatedly asked Nancy to pursue certain legal filings and strategies that we believed were important. She declined, explaining that she did not believe they would succeed. The motions she chose to pursue were unsuccessful, and despite our concerns and requests throughout the case, there was no adjustment in strategy and no refund of the substantial fees we paid. We were also disappointed by the lack of clear legal guidance and communication regarding our options. We were looking for an attorney who would aggressively advocate for our son and thoroughly challenge the evidence and recommendations presented against him. That was not our experience. Every case is different, but based on our experience, I would not hire Nancy again for juvenile or criminal defense. If you're looking for an attorney who will aggressively challenge the prosecution or probation and push every available legal argument on behalf of the client, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

  Would not recommend she was my son's attorney he's a minor but wouldn't discuss anything about his case with me and my son had no idea or understand what she was talking about half the so just agreed but she also doesn't show up to court all the time when she was supposed to Would definitely stay away she's in it for the money and won't fight and do her job to help you
