  not good. it is standard procedure to do background checks when you are in a family case, I asked Mitch to do a background check multiple times on the woman that is residing with my son and I hired Mitch back in 2019. I recently fired him… waste of time! I’m just now finding out that the same woman that is still residing with my son was charged with child abuse and that could’ve helped my case when I had the temporary custody , not only that but they did little as possible to help me get my son back, his paralegal was constantly messing up on paperwork and I was having to send it back for her to fix which they charge me for that so all they were doing was racking up a bill pointless…. the only things that they claim that they can do is file contempt when literally right before our eyes, my civil rights were being violated. I do not recommend spending the money in this firm or really most attorneys for that matter. I recommend that you do your own research and stand up for yourself as a person. Mitch as an attorney could’ve done a lot more. attorneys have a bar license and that gives them an allegiance with the state they do what is best for the state, not for their clients. When I had a trial earlier this year, Mitch did not attend, but instead sent his father Galen and Galen was not only hostile a little bit because I was indecisive on the very last minute offer that the state wanted to provide, but he was genuinely rude. slapped his hand on the table, didn’t give me appropriate time to really think about the decision he was very pushy, but that’s what they’re trying to do because again they have an allegiance with the state and they are trained to apply pressure to people who are not familiar with this setting . He just told me to forget about it. Very rude man so I just do not recommend this place.

  ⚠️ Just here to take your money. I been in a custody dispute involving this firm since 2019. I recently found out that the woman living with my son (step-mom) has a child abuse charge and it’s involving her own daughter whom she doesn’t have custody of. I had asked in the past for the firm to pull her criminal record they failed to do it, why am I finding out years later? This could have been a good add to my civil case in the past. My son’s dad has had 2! Protection orders put against him also involving his own children… the courts are Fraudulent and so are the firms. I went into Mitch’s office personally last year and I was crying, the court had NO EXPLANATION as to why I couldn’t have custody of my son from the father. he reassured we would keep fighting even if it was until the child was 18 (which is not something I’m interested in AT ALL) … not even a year later he starts to demand $500 a month if I wanted him to stay on my case… my child’s father is a repeat offender and I’ve had him held in contempt 3 times! But still I am the bad guy through the courts eyes… no. It’s a money laundering operation. These courts & firms work together not for the best interest of the people or CHILDREN but for themselves. I have a lot more too my story but I won’t add it too here. I’m disappointed in the service & the two faced behaviors. Shame on you.

  Have used Mitch not once, but twice. Is a thorough and honest and doesn't waste your time.
