I have been dealing with them for at least a month and did not get a call back until I sent a message stating that I have been contacted their office on numerous occasions! Basically they ignored me! I was never rude or disrespectful. Today I received a letter stating that I reached out to the on May 26th. Really, I sent my first message to them before that. After I had waited for a response! I even offered to give them my phone records, as they had said they tried to reach me. Please do better and don’t play with peoples lives!
