Anton Ficek Social Security Disability Attorney

Tony Ficek, originally from Fargo, ND, attended the University of Minnesota for his bachelor's degree and Mitchell Law School for his J.D. After law school, he practiced Social Security Disability Law in Minneapolis before returning to Fargo to join Ficek Law as an associate attorney with his father, Gary Ficek. In 2023, Gary retired and Tony became the sole owner of the firm. With almost a decade of Social Security Disability Law experience, Tony focuses on soft skills like listening and compassion, as well as utilizing updates to the law, and technology, and his perseverance in medical records gathering to obtain positive results for claimants.
