  They did get my reckless driving down to a improper equipment and I have to pay 300$ in court fines but overall she (the lady picking the phone up) is very rude and Impatient she makes me feel like I annoy her every time I call. There was bad communication throughout the case I didn’t know when my court date was I had to keep calling back to find out and there was no calls or emails or anything sent out to let me know the verdict of the case if I hadn’t called to find out what was going on I would’ve never known that I had to pay court fees and my license couldn of possibly been taken if I hadn’t paid on time . They got the job done some what but overall bad customer service

  Late Minute Calls About Your Case . No Updates , Rude Lady On The Phone That Lies About Sending Out Emails And Phone Calls Then When I Asked Her To Verify The Information She Told Me Last Minute She Hung Up On Me Telling Me Thats Not What She Called Me For . Would Not Recommend.
