  This place is very unprofessional & doesn’t even have the right to be called a business! They didn’t show up to my court date when I had a warrant for my arrest issued (due to a ticket) and when I tried to speak in person, 3 girls were in the office yapping & continued talking around me and ignored me.. Ms. Aleta & her assistant did not take the time to represent me or my case appropriately! You can tell by the AI generated images that this company does not hold integrity as a priority..

  I hired Ballard to deal with a speeding ticket and they did a good job of taking care of it. I received updates as court times changed to let me know what was going on and they answered questions when I had them. I did run into a payment issue with Ballard but in the end they fixed everything and did what they said they would do. I would hire them again, if needed.
