  Quiero agradecer sinceramente a esta firma de abogados por toda la ayuda y orientación que me brindaron. Desde el primer momento me hicieron sentir escuchado y acompañado en el proceso. Me explicaron con claridad qué debía hacer, resolvieron todas mis dudas y siempre fueron muy profesionales y honestos conmigo. Algo que realmente valoro es la calidad humana con la que trabajan. No se sintió como “otro caso más”, sino como personas genuinamente interesadas en ayudarme y buscar la mejor solución para mi situación. El servicio fue excelente de principio a fin y definitivamente los recomiendo a cualquier persona que necesite asesoría legal confiable, profesional y humana.

  I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the poor response from Vazquez Law Firm. I reached out to them to set up a consultation specifically to discuss their payment structure and was almost certain I was going to hire them based on internet reviews. I called them and an AI assistant responded. As an engineer, I am not really opposed to AI and worked with it to set up an in person consultation. I took a couple of hours off to make it to my appointment. When I arrived, the receptionist took my information, looked through their system, and informed me that while the AI "confirmed" my appointment, it never actually set it up. She could see the call and the logs which said the appointment was confirmed but that actually didn’t happen. She offered to set up something next week again. This firm clearly does not respect a client's time. More importantly, this was a massive red flag regarding how they handle actual legal work. If they drop the ball on something as simple as honoring a scheduled appointment and completely rely on AI without vetting, how can I trust them to pay attention me as a client for my immigration case? If I hire them and call with an urgent question, am I going to get another AI response that gives me the wrong answer? If you think this is being made up, call them and you can speak to the AI right now. The person at the reception offered to set up a new meeting next week but I told her not to bother as this law firm doesn’t seem to care about their clients. For something as critical as immigration, where you don’t want to make any mistakes, maybe they shouldn’t be trusted.
