  A fantastic law firm! I highly recommend. I've had other attorneys in different counties but Raliegh Divorce Law Firm was the best. Nicolette answered any questions I had within the same day or next business day. She was very aggressive in getting the resolution I needed in family court and provided additional actions that I had not received with other attorneys from different law firms. I was treated like a person and not just another paycheck for the firm.

  This law firm was the first and only to respond to our inquiries. We are from Georgia and had no idea who to choose. We made a list of 10 with a 4.8 rating or higher. RALEIGH DIVORCE LAW FIRM replied in just a couple of hours. Everyone We dealt with was kind, professional and pleasant. Mr. O'MALLEY did a great job for us. He answered any and every question. Responded to every call and email in a very timely manner. We would recommend him to anyone in our position which was petitioning a North Carolina court to uphold a custody judgement made in Georgia. I would also like to say that Sarah and other staff members we communicated with were also great.

  Jennifer Sinclair Simpkins represented me in a very contentious and high conflict divorce. She is very knowledgeable and hard working. With her help we obtained favorable outcomes on each aspect of the divorce. The divorce process is not fun and there's no way around that but I recommend Raleigh Divorce Law Firm if you are really going through it.

  I had been dealing with a divorce and child support battle for years… just constant back and forth, stress, and honestly I was exhausted. As men, we don’t really talk about this stuff—we just deal with it and keep it moving. But it builds up. On top of that, I was dealing with a high-conflict situation with my ex, which made everything even harder. Everything changed when I got on the phone with Nathan, the firm administrator. I’m not even exaggerating when I say Nathan has been a blessing in my life. The way he listened and actually understood what I was going through—it wasn’t just business. He broke everything down for me in a way that finally made sense, pointed out the real issues, gave me a clear plan, explained the costs, and laid out a timeline. No confusion, no runaround—just straight up guidance when I needed it the most. He then connected me with Daniel O’Malley, and from that point on, this firm got to work.   As someone who unfortunately has had to deal with 4-5 lawyers in the few years this was by far my absolute worst experience with any attorney/firm. Can’t recommend enough to get a different consult and get better advice, would never work with them again. The strategy here seems to be to take clients to court and to drag things out as long as possible to wrack up billable hours. From this from I paid over $10k for a divorce case that almost went to trial, until the firm was late on giving me needed disclosures to complete - when I changed attorneys almost instantly got the case out of court and saved a ton of money and got what I wanted. Attorneys here couldn’t seem to care less, they are arrogant and will give you bad informaron to keep your case going to trial. Total waste and huge regret wasting any time and money here.
