  My family and I have been through a lot since April due to an injury that my son experienced. Unfortunately I was misinformed after I was told there was a case now I’m told there isn’t which is very misleading on their part. Due to NC law the lawyer is refusing to take due a 1% chance of being our fault which the fact that my family could even be blame is ridiculous. The landlord had maintenance fix the stove every time we reported it and it break again and we would report it again so the fact that there’s a 1% chance it could’ve been “our” fault they don’t want it. Now I understand it’s a business and they have to get paid but also it’s presented as if they care if they aren’t even willing to try says a lot. We are not electricians how are we suppose to know how to fix it? We even offered to buy a new stove. I believe they prefer the case to be effortless. If they have to fight which I thought it was about fighting on behalf of those that were done wrong or need help, they are less likely to take it. Again this is my perspective. I see serving and helping others very differently. Thank you for your time I don’t need a response to my review but just check examine the reason you all got into this in the first place and if money is the only reason that’s a choice but it’s limited. We can’t take money with us when God calls us home. Ya’ll have a blessed day.
