  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shari Anhalt. She is truly a gem and an absolute angel. From the beginning, she was compassionate, kind-hearted, patient, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen to me, understand what I was going through, and made me feel heard and supported. What stood out most was that Shari truly cares about the people she represents. She did exactly what needed to be done for me while still showing so much compassion and understanding throughout the process.   They're decent, but I had to do a lot of the leg work when finalizing birth certificate related documents. After the changes were completed in court I had to also get notorized court orders to send to the vital records, something Attorney Taylor never mentioned or failed to do until long after the courts finalized the case. I had to remind him.

  I’ll preface this review with the fact that I am an attorney with almost 20 years litigation experience. I’ve tried more than 15 cases to verdict before juries in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I take pride in providing legal services to my clients. I wish M&T held themselves to the same standard. A “flat fee” was quickly exhausted. I was told a new retainer would need to be signed to actually litigate the case and I would also have to be handed off to another attorney to do so. It is my impression that that M&T is like most family law firms that just churn retainers and hope for the best. Once we finally had a draft separation agreement (which is really just a form that I had to personally edit) all contact ended. There was no follow-up with the other side once the “flat fee” retainer ran out. Haven’t heard from my counsel in months. It just feels like it was a money grab.

  I hired Marshall & Taylor last October with a very stressful custody dispute. Jessica McClellan was assigned to my case and later Lupe Rodriguez was added. I couldn’t have asked for better representation. As stressful as the situation was; all my questions were answered and overall, received the most favorable outcome possible. If I need future assistance, lucky would be an understatement to have them working my case. Thank you for all of your help for my family.
