  I cannot say enough positive things about Jessica McClellan and Lisa Pyle. They have provided excellent representation and have been incredibly professional, compassionate, and thorough throughout this entire process. From the very beginning, everything was clearly communicated to me, and I always felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. They took the time to answer my questions, explain every step, and make sure I felt confident moving forward. What stands out most is the trust and confidence they’ve given me during such a difficult and stressful time. I truly feel that Jessica and Lisa have my best interests at heart, and I am very grateful that they will be representing me in my upcoming trial.   I have been going through a two and a half year custody battle and had the worst luck in the legal system until Kathryn, Sarah, Rose were assigned to my case in what seems like a last minute moment. They asked me what I was looking for and wanted from them, and I would be lying if I told you they not only helped me tremendously, held up their end of the bargain, but my outcome was far better than I could have ever imagined. There were long nights, days taken off work because opposing council kept filing motions and different discoveries moments before court that left me scrambling. I had gone into the office and to see Kathryn putting everything together and explaining all scenarios,prior to court gave me some hope. We had a three day 8 hour custody and child support trial. The outcome was beyond what I could have imagined and I am forever grateful that Marshal & Taylor fought for me the way they did. I will eternally be grateful for my family having my back through all of this, aswell as Kathryn, Sarah, Rose, the amazing team who answered all my questions, nudged me in the right direction and explained everything clearly. Today I get to be a father, and a present father at that. I am not burdened by an unreasonable child support number, thus allowing me to provide the same standard for my little girl and put money away for her future. Thank you everyone.

The level of anxiety that comes with a high conflict case is overwhelming... especially going into court for the first time. From the very beginning, they guided me through every step of the process, helped ease my concerns, and made sure I was fully prepared. Most importantly, their dedication and expertise led to the best outcome I could have hoped for....maintaining custody of my son. Their professionalism, support, and genuine care made all the difference for me.   Cheyenne and her paralegal did an excellent job with my son’s custody case. She was well versed, professional, reasonable priced and she reached my son’s ultimate goal. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a divorce/custody lawyer.
