  First and foremost, words cannot fully express the professionalism displayed by Life Law. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed, respected, and confident that I was in excellent hands. I hired two previous law firms, and I truly wish I had Life Law representing me from day one. I hate to admit it, but I feel like I wasted my hard-earned money before finding them.   She won my case! When she was first assigned to me as my public defender, I thought my life as I knew it was over. I didn't understand some things, and my mind was clouded with negative thoughts. Melody patiently answered my questions and guided me through what to do and what to expect. Although some unforeseen challenges came up along the way, her guidance, along with a positive attitude and patience, helped me learn a lot about the legal system. I'm very grateful for her hard work and dedication.

  I went back and forth (I had to triple-email to get a reply) with them for 2 weeks to get a phone call scheduled, only to wait 45 mins without the person calling me (I called at the scheduled time and was told she was unavailable and would call me when she was out of a meeting). We rescheduled for 3 days later, this time in person (my request). I showed up on time and then waited in the conference room for half an hour because she was in a meeting again. Only to find out they only do "simple wills" and can't answer questions like "should I open a trust." - 1 star for poor communication - 2 stars for no-showing, then being 30 mins late - 1 star for not being helpful + 1 star for the front desk worker being polite and offering me water while I waited
