  Let me just start off saying, Richard McCain just Isn’t a wonderful person, he’s a great lawyer who cares about his clients. His staff Is so friendly and caring as well. Me and my husband has had him. I’ve personally had him several times and he’s always had every charge we’ve ever had dismissed. If he tells you that he can get the charge dismissed, he’s not lying to you. He’s a very straight forward attorney. My husband got him a few months ago, his prices are very reasonable. He doesn’t try to kill your pockets. He got my husband’s charge dismissed and he even got his charge dismissed before his court hearing where my husband didn’t even have to show up for court that day. Isn’t that just great? I will also say, my husband’s friend had the same charge because they was together when they both got the charge, my husband’s friend had a court appointed lawyer, you won’t believe this lol but my husband’s friend got 1 year supervised probation, yes! My husband’s charge got dismissed and he walked, thanks to Richard McCain. Richard McCain Is what you call a Cadillac lawyer. I’m sure you’ve heard of lawyers like that before. He’s one of the top notch lawyers In Davidson Co, Lexington, NC. If you ever get jammed up, he’s the one to call. Make sure you call his office because If theirs one lawyer that can take care of your charge(s), he’s the man to call to make an appointment. He’s very honest, very trustworthy, very affordable, very legit and he’s the best at what he does. We’ve always dealt with him and him only throughout the 13 years that we’ve lived In this county. We both know who to call If we have any Issues what so ever. We both believe In Mr. McCain and we both have no hesitation In paying him because we’ve both seen him In action and we both know he’s great at his job. He will go In the courtroom putting up a fight for his clients. So, If you need a great lawyer who cares about you and Is going to do everything he can In his power to get your charge(s) dismissed, don’t even hesitate or think about whether you should call him, you better pick up that phone asap to call and make an appointment w/ him. He will take care of you, I give you my word. He’s an A++++ lawyer. He puts pride In his job. Trust me, I won’t steer you In the wrong direction.   I don't understand why the need for to disrespect me and my time for coming to a scheduled appointment at 4:30p but the receptionist giving me an attitude and no reassurance of rescheduling for an appointment?! It's 5:04pm as I write this and learn that I'm not able to meet with anyone today. Poor quality service and gut feeling says no. Do not recommend
