  Leaving this review is a last resort after multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact Jack Kaplan by phone and email over the past year. Despite my efforts to resolve these issues professionally and respectfully, I have received no response. I hired Mr. Kaplan to handle the transfer of my mother-in-law's property to My husband and I. Unfortunately, he made significant errors on the deed, including misspelling my legal name, and has failed to correct the mistake despite repeated requests. I paid for these services and expected the work to be completed accurately and professionally. In addition, his handling of our eviction matter resulted in costly consequences and significant stress for our family. Throughout these experiences, I found communication to be extremely difficult. Rather than providing guidance and support, I felt dismissed and, at times, spoken to in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. My goal has always been simple: to have the errors corrected and receive the professional service I paid for. I am sharing this experience to inform others and to express my disappointment with the lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism I encountered. I won't be hiring this office in the future nor my friends and families.

  Heather is Rude and impatient and money hungry...don't waste your time and money. There much better options available.

  Extremely unprofessional. Heather was extremely rude, impatient, and hard to speak to. She should be fired.

  Rude, unreliable and unprofessional. At least hire someone who can and know how to answer a Damn phone .🙄🙄zero star .
