  No enviaron todas cartas que se tenian que enviar para la aplicacion de fianza. Muy pobre comunicacion, solo cobraron y no les intereso si la aplicacion se presento completa y con todo lo necesario.

  My family has been extremely frustrated with our experience with this attorney’s office. We have not received a meaningful update on my mother’s case since September 2025, despite calling monthly — and often more frequently — asking for information. Every time we call, we are told someone will follow up with us, yet no one ever does. At our September appointment, we were even offered partial reimbursement because the case was not progressing or going anywhere. Since then, we have repeatedly requested that reimbursement — not a “refund,” but reimbursement for services that were never actually provided. Again, we are always told someone will call us back, and again, no one ever does. We understand attorneys can be busy, especially given the current political climate and how stressful immigration/legal matters can be for families. That is exactly why communication matters so much. At this point, it honestly feels like either this office is taking on far more cases than they can properly handle, or nothing is being done at all. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty for my mother and our family. Since phone calls and messages continue to go unanswered, I hope someone from the office sees this review and finally contacts me regarding my mother’s case. We are located in Asheville, NC, and originally retained this office after hearing wonderful reviews and recommendations. Unfortunately, it now seems that several people we know — including some we personally referred — have had very similar experiences with lack of communication and follow-through.

  If you are looking for a immigration lawyer I would highly recommend to see him. I applied for citizenship with him last year and in 6 months every got approved and now I am holding an American passport!! He is really helpful, he will take time to answer your questions, his staff is on point whenever you need them; everything went smooth from the beginning to the end. I'm really thankful, I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer
