  I have personally used Ward Black law about 8 yrs ago. At that time they were amazing the paralegal and the attorney was on point. They kept me very informed and up to date with my case. They were invested. Now fast forward to 2026 I need another attorney for a different matter and I thought about Ward Black . This time it has been a nightmare it’s been two weeks with no response every time I reach out to the Legal assistant Kathie lineberry she never responds so unprofessional to say she an legal Assistant. They have a text message system so they don’t have to respond to you that’s how they ignore you. Gabe Snyder who claims to be a principal attorney texted my phone only because he thought I was reaching out about an old case. Make it make sense. Y’all advertise one thing but do another if y’all can’t or don’t want the case just say so this is my life and my health. I feel sorry for the company because it’s not in good hands and I know Mrs. Ward Black is turning over in her grave At disappointment. Do better are get ghost y’all are horrible people to days the least

  I would recommend Ward Black Law for help with any personal injury case. They have been there for any help or questions about my case and stayed in contact with me about everything that was going on and were very kind and thoughtful through the process as well, I'd leave more than five stars if I could.

  Wow! Thank you a million times over to Gabriel Snyder for representing me after my car accident. Being able to go and get quality physical therapy and have my medical bills paid and then money for the emotional damage that a serious car accident causes means more than I can put into words. Every step of the way in this process of working with Gabe and his staff has been easy and professional. I am so grateful! I definitely recommend calling Ward Black Law if you’ve been injured at all in a car accident. I almost didn’t call an attorney and I’m so grateful now that I did. I would’ve never been able to afford the physical therapy care that I needed without their help.
