  I have been having issues with the executor of my grandfathers will being non compliant. I obtained Jennifer Palmer for a phone consultation and she told me to email the laywer for the estate and try to make contact with him and ask certain questions about what is going on and if I had any issues with him not answering that she would step in and try to make contact herself to get the ball rolling. After emailing and calling the estates lawyer I was not able to make any sort of contact. Today mcliveen law firm called and asked if I had made any progress and I told them I had not so they suggested that I speak with Jennifer. Upon speaking with Jennifer she had no interest in calling the estate laywer without me paying her again. This is not what she promised during the initial phone call. Is $380 not enough for you to make a phone call and get some information for me as I do not know much about the laws regarding wills. She refused to do anything else without payment. This was very disappointing that she was trying to squeeze more money out of me for something so simple. I would not recommend this law firm as they are obviously very money driven. I dont see how they have a 4.8 review score with so many 1 star reviews 🤷

  I highly recommend using them. I had Chelsea Chapman as my attorney as was very pleased with the whole experience. Very knowledgeable, very professional, and they actually care about their clients.
