- SVSatisfy Videos3 days ago1.0When I started this process I worked with a gentleman Daniel, he has since left. I was transferred to another employee who I reached out to many times and each time I spoke with her about situations it seemed as if she was unaware or asked me to resend documents I had already sent. I asked to work with someone else as I felt as if my concerns were not be addressed. I have since had a case worker since the paralegal and she is no more help than the paralegal. I have talked to her once on the phone, several times by email, mostly me asking questions. No updates, no steps taken, told I would hear back as they were reaching out to defense. Nothing at all. -felt as if I have not be heard and not professionally been taken serious.
