  Mr. Dualan represented me in my administrative separation board, and I will always be grateful for what he did for me. This was one of the most stressful and important times of my life, and from the beginning he treated my case with real care, seriousness, and dedication. He took the time to understand every detail, challenged weak and incomplete evidence, and built a strong defense. More than that, he made me feel like I was not facing it alone. He was honest, steady, and fully committed every step of the way. Because of his work, the board voted unanimously to retain me. That outcome means more to me than I can put into words. Mr. Dualan's calming presence, preparation, strategy and commitment made all the difference. One thing I would say to anyone in a similar situation is this: do not wait to get legal help. I made the mistake of trusting my command’s reassuring smooth talk, and because of that I naively did not see the need for legal help until my back was against the wall. Given this, I strongly encourage getting qualified counsel involved as early as possible. I highly recommend Andrew Dualan to anyone facing a serious military legal or administrative matter. He is an excellent attorney, and he genuinely cares about the people he represents.

  Mr.Dualan and his team are everything they promised to be and said he would do! Jeannie was so quick in replying to any questions or concerns. Ft. Liberty is serious about speeding even if it was accidental or off the Post leading to thr base! So many states and installations have speed traps according to Escort radar. What matters is he knew exactly how to approach the case and felt very confident about the outcome yet still being honest that we had to go through the whole process and in my case it did prevail justas he predicted! I'll gladly accept the outcome with no impact on my insurance. This is just one of many positive reviews you'll read, but this a very honest review from an former 1st Sgt!
