  5-star review I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ms. Camille Hill, my divorce attorney. From the beginning of my case to the very end, she was professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly dedicated to helping me through a very difficult chapter of my life. Ms. Hill made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process, answered my questions, and handled my case with the care and attention it deserved. Going through a divorce is never easy, but having an attorney I could trust made such a difference. I am incredibly grateful for her guidance, professionalism, and commitment to getting me to the finish line. My divorce is now finalized, and I can finally close that chapter and move forward into this new season of my life. Thank you, Ms. Camille Hill, for helping me get through it.   I would not hire Camille Hill again, nor would I recommend her to anyone seeking legal representation. I retained her to represent me in a child custody and child support case. While she filed the initial paperwork, that was essentially the extent of the legal services I received. She did not appear at any of my court hearings, despite assuring me that she would handle my case. Because I am in the military and live out of state, I relied on her representations that everything would be taken care of. Unfortunately, communication was extremely poor. I made numerous attempts to contact her throughout my case, and my calls and messages often went unanswered or took several days to receive a response. I found her service to be unprofessional and disappointing. Filing paperwork alone is not the level of representation I expected after hiring an attorney. When I later attempted to discuss a partial refund due to the lack of representation and communication, I received no response. Ironically, the first communication I received afterward was an email asking me to leave a review. This review reflects my experience. Based on the representation I received, I cannot recommend Camille Hill. If you are looking for an attorney who will actively represent you, communicate consistently, and appear on your behalf, I would encourage you to consider other options.

  Starting with the positive the staff is extremely nice and polite ihave never had a moment were I felt disrespected by any one in this firm And the receptionist is very professional and I couldn’t have gotten this process started without their help However , I do not feel that I received the level of service I paid for. I invested a significant amount of money in hiring this attorney because I believed she would effectively represent my interests. While things started off well, my experience declined as the case progressed. Communication was consistently poor. On approximately six occasions, I appeared for scheduled court dates and spent hours waiting, only to learn that the dates had been changed. Better communication regarding scheduling would have saved considerable time and frustration. During the time she represented me, I only met with her in person once, at the custody hearing. After that hearing, she withdrew from the case, stating that everything had been taken care of. However, two years later, I have attended approximately eight additional court dates, my child support obligation has more than doubled, and I still did not obtain the 50/50 custody arrangement I was seeking despite complying with everything that was asked of me. I understand that attorneys often manage heavy caseloads and that not every case will have the outcome a client hopes for. My concern is not solely the result, but the lack of communication, limited personal involvement in my case, and the overall experience I received as a client. Based on my personal experience, I cannot say that the representation met the expectations I had when I hired the firm. I wish them the best in future cases but I personally don’t see my self hiring this team again respectfully

  I hired Attorney Michael Simmons in Fayetteville, NC for a family law custody case, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. After my initial consultation, the first and only time I actually spoke directly with Attorney Simmons again was at my hearing nearly three months later. Throughout the entire process, communication was very poor and limited. I repeatedly requested to speak with him regarding concerns and updates about my case, but he was never available. Most communication was handled through multiple paralegals, and while some tried to help, they were often limited in what advice they could provide or seemed unfamiliar with important details of my case. Critical updates and information were not consistently relayed to me, which left me feeling uninformed and unsupported during an important custody matter. I never felt like there was a real attorney-client relationship or that my concerns were being fully heard. For the amount charged, I expected far more communication, guidance, and involvement from my attorney. If you are considering hiring this office, I would strongly encourage you to carefully weigh the consultation fee and legal costs against the level of communication and support you may actually receive.
