  This law firm is so freaking sweet!!! Omg. They didn’t deal with what i needed a lawyer for but they stayed on the phone and found someone who could! That shows how much they really care! 5 stars !!

  I will say every case/rep is different. I called a variety of lawyers in Fayetteville and I will say Miller Law firm is the most cost efficient of them all. Not to go into specific details, but I would say they were exceptional in taking on my case in a short notice and represented me well in my absence. The assistant Rebecca Adams kept constant communication and gave frequent updates on case and was always reachable. I could only imagine you pay for a service and rarely hear from whatever office. The consultation with the attorney Sherry Miller was free so I would say it’s still a win. Again I can only imagine doing a consultation only to find out you don’t like what you heard or won’t be working with that attorney.

  The best law firm! I used Ms.Sherry Miller for my custody issues and she was very knowledgeable and helped me through the entire process and answered any questions I had. 100% recommend!

  I hired this firm to handle my custody issue and have be impressed with their professionalism and expertise from the beginning. The attorneys are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I can't say enough great things about their staff, they stay so on top of my case, it's amazing! I highly recommend them!!!

  I hope this review serves as a warning for anyone considering this law firm. The only expertise they demonstrate is in efficiently draining your wallet, while your legal problems linger unresolved. Their approach to client communication is abysmal; expect no professional follow-ups or even basic courtesy. You'll find yourself constantly chasing them for updates, a frustrating reminder that despite paying, you're not a priority. Their snail-paced responsiveness in both taking action and providing feedback is agonizing. Claiming to specialize in everything, they ironically fail to offer the focused expertise that dedicated family or criminal lawyers provide. To add to the discomfort, my interactions with Mr. Illikainen were marred by his consistent alcohol breath, an unprofessional and unsettling experience. Overall, this firm is a strong contender for the worst legal representation in Fayetteville, NC. Avoid them at all costs if you value your time, money, and legal needs.
