  I called 10 lawyers today, and so many gave me the typical, "We'll pass this along," with no additional information or direction. Janice, at this firm, was soooooo incredibly patient, informative, and helpful! Even though it turned out that I needed a different kind of attorney, I promise you that they will be first on my list if I need to hire someone in their specialty!!!! If you are Janice's boss, she deserves a raise. She outshined 9 other receptionists today!
