  Horrible experience. Lawyer fired us after 10 months when we simply requested more communication about our case. After firing us, we saw quickly we were right, the demand letter they sent without consulting us was missing over 20k in medical expenses, didn't reference loss of work costs at all, and had at least 3 typos we've found so far. All because they didn't bother to consult us to make sure they had everything before they sent it. Steer clear of the raleigh, nc office.

  My Experience has not been great with them, I gave them my Medicine list and everything but I told them to change my Case worker by a huge complaint, and nothing was done about it! -_- I had to leave two voice messages for Mrs.Daryls and I hate how they are handling my dang case as 1.they have not called 2. they lack letting me know updates and 3. they like to act like their so slow. I still want a new case worker but they still act like they are so dumb to do anything for the one they are fighting for and in all I am just fired up and upset at them right now! I was going to pay them for fighting for my Social Security Disability case, but nothing on there end and it's like I have to do everything for myself as they won't even lend a hand or nothing of much and it hurts when these Law Firm waste my time and others time. What would John Morgan say at these honest 1 star reviews? Nothing! because that all we are getting from them is Nothing! -_- it's not just me, it's a ton of others as well who will waste your time and not even care to return your call. Fire Morgan and Morgan and hire a new Law Firm, because they truly are NOT the BEST, HA! They are the WORST Law Firm that could waste your time. Update: I email them, no response, no call don't fall for the owner crap they don't even bother to reach out for you. I doubt the owner is even John Bloody Morgan! -_- I hate when people waste my time and lie to me and others.

  Well my initial experience was good the intake process was smooth now I don’t know why I hired them they won’t return a phone call send vague emails or auto send emails. I’ve been waiting a year and it seems like I’m the one pulling the work load getting everything where it needs to be. I doubt they know my case or my name, I’ve even emailed some of the higher ranked people and never got a reply. I guess if you don’t have a big payout they really don’t bother with you. I hate writing a bad review but I feel like I’m alone trying to get this settled and the worst part I have no idea who my lawyer actually is. I don’t know if my case will ever be finished unless I finish it myself.

  They was horrible wasted two months filling out stuff and having to stop my day to find information and be asked a list of questions Just to wait two months and e told there nothing they can do and to close the case. I have never been so disappointed and fustrated I told her everything that’s going on and she claimed she understood but didnt. I’ll be telling everyone I know to stay away from Morgan and Morgan.there attorneys and lawyers don’t wanna help people. Wasted this much time when I was doing things on my own and decided let me give Morgan and Morgan a try and a month later I just wasted time and energy and hope. I won’t make that mistake again I asked to speak with my lawyer and set up a time to talk and never called so I sent a message and was told she call around 2 and still no call or an explanation Just horrible service all the way around it’s not hard to communicate
