  Do not recommend if you live outside the state of Florida! I waited 2 months with no answers just to get told they wouldn’t be taking on my case!

  Don't waste your time. They will take your case take all the info. Keep you waiting for months, and even though you inform them that injuries were not too intense but still something , they will wait till about the time to negotiate to tell you your case isn't worth their time. All you are in their eyes is dollar signs and if the dollar signs are not big enough your not worth the time they made you waste. Plus they won't even call to tell you. They just send you a message in the app saying your case has been closed.

  These people are not lawyers they are scam artists!!! 😡 😡 I was involved in a hit and run and because my car wasn't severely damaged the other insurance company did not want to pay for my personal injury's so one of the lawyers from there called me and told me that they had got a letter from the other person's insurance stating that my car was not hurt bad enough to hurt me! Instead of them doing the footwork he wanted me to do all the footwork for him while they sit back and do nothing and collect your money when all they had to do was paperwork and dealing with the other insurance company to begin with.

  Im Dempsey Jean Haskins 66 yrs old been medical neglected and abused since 1991 here in North Carolina. And I was told they can't help. Every lawyer in North Carolina is bought,weak and paid. We have great claims we just don't have great lawyers. Alot times they take pay to turn the other cheek. Not mad,not sad just disappointed in a system that has taxed me all my life. THIS IS AMERICA. GOD HELP US ALL. PLEASE SAVE YOUR RESPONSE LIKE YOU CARE. GIVE ME THE SAME ENERGY THAT YOU GAVE ME WHEN I CALLED. NONE AND THAT RESPONSE WHAT YOU WAS PROGRAMMED TO DO. 7/24/2026 THEY KNOW WHATS GOING ON HERE IN NORTH CAROLINA.

  Well my initial experience was good the intake process was smooth now I don’t know why I hired them they won’t return a phone call send vague emails or auto send emails. I’ve been waiting a year and it seems like I’m the one pulling the work load getting everything where it needs to be. I doubt they know my case or my name, I’ve even emailed some of the higher ranked people and never got a reply. I guess if you don’t have a big payout they really don’t bother with you. I hate writing a bad review but I feel like I’m alone trying to get this settled and the worst part I have no idea who my lawyer actually is. I don’t know if my case will ever be finished unless I finish it myself.
