  As a New York resident who was involved in an accident in North Carolina that totaled my car and left me injured, I had no idea who to turn to for help. Fortunately, a friend recommended Maginnis Howard, and from my very first conversation with attorney Randall Phillips, I knew I was in the right hands. Randall took the time to clearly explain my case, the process, the timeline, and what I should realistically expect. That honesty and transparency gave me confidence from day one. Throughout the case, I also had the pleasure of working with paralegal Chasity Moore, who is one of the most professional people I've ever worked with. She responded to emails incredibly quickly, kept me informed every step of the way, and whenever I needed additional clarity, she was always happy to jump on a call and walk me through my questions. Jarrod Summey became our attorney along with Tracy Seifert as our Case Manager. Going through a personal injury case is incredibly stressful, but they made us feel supported every step of the way. Jarrod explained every step clearly, fought hard on our behalf and always made us feel confident that we were in good hands. We appreciated Jarrod’s calls just checking to see how Walt was progressing. Tracy gathered incredible amounts of past medical history and organized it.   Karl was recently my lawyer in a case where an apartment complex tried to over charge me when I moved out and he took care of everything for me we I even ended up getting money back from the complex I could not have asked for a better outcome. Thanks again you guys are amazing!
