Communication was always clear, professional, and timely, and I never felt like I was left wondering what was happening with my case. Most importantly, they were able to secure a settlement that exceeded my expectations.   My husband had a really horrific traffic accident that has left him disabled for many months. One of the first nights in the hospital he requested I find a lawyer because he knew we were going to need help in the coming months. We reached out to Chandler volta firm and it was the best decision we could have possibly made during this! Joe and his team have went beyond taking care of us. Allison kept in contact with us the entire case, not only for the legal purposes but just checking on my husband and myself and his progress. They gave the impression that they truly cared, not for financial reasons, but because that's who they are and how they operate. Joe took so much time to explain things to us that we didn't understand. I had about a million questions for Joe and Allison, and they patiently listened and explained everything, even when I half understood what I myself was asking. God forbid we need another lawyer one day, but if we do, without a shadow of a doubt we'll be reaching out to Joe and his team again.

  Miss Sandra Strong was wonderful nice and pleasant and very hard working with my case she did everything she could to get me the best settlement I wish I could meet her in person but I'm in Charlotte and her and her Law Firm is in Tennessee she is very excellent to work with she deserves a 10 out of 10 Stars for her hard work and effort to represent people in need thank you Miss Sandy hope you and your family have blessed life

  I am extremely disappointed with this law office. Communication has been terrible from the beginning. I only reach out about once a month for an update, yet I receive the exact same response every single time. There has been no meaningful progress, no clear timeline, and no indication that my case is being treated as a priority. After over a year, it feels like my case is going nowhere. As a client, I expected professionalism, transparency, and consistent communication. Instead, I have experienced long periods of silence, repeated generic updates, unnecessary delays, and a lack of urgency. I understand that legal cases can take time, but clients deserve honest, informative updates instead of the same scripted response month after month. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this law office. The lack of communication, accountability, and progress has made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. It's to the point where I really wish that I would have went with a different law firm instead of them. Worst mistake I've done. All I've been getting is the same answer for the past 8/9 months during the settlement process. Like what's really going on. I don't even think this is even focus on my case anymore
