  Mr.Barnes is the way to go! He has great communication and a bit of humor to lighten the mood. Mr.Barnes has a great way of explaining things and making you feel comfortable and confident going into court. Very detail oriented, prepared, and professional!   I spoke with Richard via phone in an attempt to retain him for our child custody case. While he couldn't assist with the case due to several factors outside his control, he was an absolute WEALTH of knowledge and helped more than any other person I've spoken with regarding custody in the last 10 years. He was kind, thoughtful, and understanding of our difficult situation and even gave some suggestions for how we could go forward. If you're looking for an amazing guy AND attorney, look no further. Richard is the one!
