  We had a wonderful family estate planning experience with Duffy! Duffy was very professional and accommodating; he met with our family on multiple occasions at our convenience as many of us were in from out of state and traveled for these meetings. Duffy is extremely patient, explains things thoroughly and slowly, and always makes sure that everyone understands. He took the time to get to know us and our needs and preferences. He offered sage advice to design an estate package that best met those needs. Duffy was excellent when dealing with elderly parents with "old school" perspectives and made them feel at ease. By the time we were done, our whole family felt that Duffy was part of the family! No matter how large or small your estate may be, we absolutely recommend Duffy and his team to anyone who wants compassionate and personal attention to navigate the complexities of estate planning, they are fantastic!

  We could not be happier with our experience working with Duffy Palmer. From our very first meeting, Duffy was incredibly professional, patient and genuinely compassionate. He took the time to truly get to know us and never made us feel like we were "just another appointment". Estate planning is overwhelming, but Duffy guided us through the entire process with ease. He thoroughly explained everything (several times) until he was satisfied and sure we were completely on the same page. By the end of last meeting he felt less like an attorney and more like part of the family. If you want an attorney who cares about his clients, who knows everything about estate planning and delivers peace of mind- we cannot recommend Duffy highly enough!

  Mr. Palmer did an excellent job preparing my father's will. He took the time to explain the process and gave options to my father. He made a dreaded task bearable and I would recommend him to anyone preparing a will.

  My husband and I have used Palmer Estate Planning to do our trust. Mr. J. Duffy Palmer is a delight to work with. He is most professional and really listens to you. We have gone back to him for changes and updates to our wills and he takes care of that promptly. His fees are very reasonable. We would definitely recommend him.
