When I began, I was extremely anxious and worried. But Stuart and Katie were so kind and thoughtful, and they reassured me immediately. They listened carefully, answered every question, and prepared me exceptionally well at every step. Their kindness, knowledge and expertise put me at ease and made me feel calm and confident, so everything was immediately manageable and hopeful!
