  I used Michael ellinghouse as my attorney for a criminal case, he was very respectful, always returned my calls in a timely manner, thoroughly answered any and all questions, and went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. If I ever need an attorney again Mike will be the first guy I call. Don't settle with a public defender, call Mike you wont regret it!

  Unfortunately I got a DUI in Montana. I am an out of state client. Mike Ellinghouse did a great job with my case and I was able to keep my job and get the best possible outcome.   Stopped returning/answering phone calls the day before I was supposed to appear in court with representation. Didn't show up to court when he had 2 weeks of preparation. Had to retain other counsel. Multiple court employees said he is overworked these days and should have retired before he started wasting the time of his clients.
