  Trying to find an attorney to help understand estate and probate law was a daunting task for my husband and I! I came across Jane and her law firm through Google, and filled out her form. While I was still researching other options, she was already calling me! She filled me in about the process, our options and helped ease our concerns, and we were pleased to sign with her. Everything was done timely and she and her team kept us in the loop with how things were progressing the entire time. We lived out of state so were a little concerned with the distance, but Jane, Hailey and Kelsie made it no big deal. Thank you Perry Law Firm team for making our experience great and efficient through a not so fun time in our lives.

  When my father passed away last November I had the daunting task of finding a legal firm that would professionally represent his fairly substantial estate as it went through probate in Harrison County, MS. After interviewing a couple of other law firms in the Biloxi/Gulfport area, I decided to contract with Perry Law Firm, LLC to handle my dad's estate, and I'm very glad that I did. As the estate executor with 3 sibling beneficiaries, it was very important to me to have someone that appeared enthusiastic to have the case and right away they gave me confidence in their abilities to quickly and assertively work my dad's estate. Paralegal Hailey was a real pleasure to work with and kept me informed about the estate's progress as it worked its way through the chancery court system. I was appointed executor of the estate in Jan 2026 and we successfully closed the probate and I made estate distributions to my siblings at the beginning of July 2026. When we first met, Hailey had estimated that the estate probate and closing would wrap up around June/July 2026 and she was right.   Jane was very helpful throughout my entire divorce, as well as with another case I had later on. I greatly appreciate all that her and her team did for me. Most defiantly recommend.

  I had been researching and calling varies law firms in the county for months, because my divorce situation is complicated. When I spoke with Ms Perry, the other day, it was the first time I actually received answers that made sense to me and didn't feel like as a women in this state I didn't have many options. Very professional and straight forward.
