He was my 2nd hire due to my lack of confidence in my first attorney and I wish I had him day one. It would have prevented emotional stains on my children which I regret and $. Highly recommend if you want a great attorney!

- JTJesse TaylorSep 28, 20241.0*UPDATED* *After giving Mr. Maggio a million chances to stop resting on his laurels, he CONTINUED to ignore the importance of action, communication and effort, and got himself fired. Work ethics, in my opinion, are non-existent! Once I was financially and situationally invested, he threw in the towel and my family got taken advantage of in the worst ways possible. What a poor professional, who legally stole from us while telling the same stories over and over and over again! He doesn’t deserve one star and a complaint will be filed to the Mississippi Bars Consumer Assistance Program. **Poor to non-existent communication while passively ignoring things like emails, voicemails and phone calls has left my family and I in a HORRIBLY uncomfortable place.**
