  I cannot say enough good things about Tom Womble at Bailey, Womble & Yelton and how he handled our claim involving my daughter’s vehicle. My daughter’s vehicle was damaged as a result of a road construction project where the contractor was liable. From the beginning, trying to get information or cooperation from the contractor was incredibly frustrating. We could not get the answers we needed, and it felt like we were getting nowhere. That completely changed once I contacted Tom. Tom immediately stepped in, got the claim started, and stayed on top of every detail. He knew exactly how to handle the situation and who needed to be contacted. We went from dealing with contractors who were uncooperative and unwilling to provide information to having someone in our corner who knew how to hold the appropriate parties accountable and get things moving. Within ONE WEEK of Tom getting involved, my daughter’s vehicle was declared a total loss, the claim was resolved, and she was able to purchase a replacement vehicle. After weeks of frustration, the difference was unbelievable. Tom was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting this handled for us. I never felt like I had to chase him down or wonder what was happening—he was on top of it from start to finish. If you ever find yourself in a situation where you need an attorney who will actually step in, take charge, and get results, I highly recommend Tom Womble and Bailey, Womble & Yelton.
